ayudabet Privacy Policy

ayudabet ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users ("you," "your," or "Player") who access and use the ayudabet platform at https://ayudabet.one (the "Platform"). When you create an ayudabet account, we collect the following personal information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth (to verify you are 21 years of age or older)
• Philippine mobile number
• Email address
• Username and encrypted password
• Residential address in the Philippines

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines, we may collect copies of government-issued identification documents such as your Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or driver's license, as well as proof of address documents.

We collect transaction records including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, bet history, and bonus usage. Payment method identifiers (such as your GCash mobile number or bank account name) are collected to process transactions. We do not store full bank account numbers or complete card details on our servers.

When you access the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, device type and operating system, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent on each page, referring URLs, and session duration. This data is used for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and Platform improvement purposes.

We retain records of communications between you and our customer support team, including live chat transcripts, email correspondence, and support ticket history, for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

ayudabet collects your personal data through the following means:

ayudabet shares your personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), KYC and identity verification providers, game software providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and customer support platform providers. All service providers are contractually required to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

ayudabet may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, or other Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

ayudabet does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is never monetized without your explicit consent.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of ayudabet's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and the privacy practices of the acquiring entity prior to the transfer taking effect.

ayudabet retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable Philippine law. Specifically:

• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Customer support communications are retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Technical and usage data is retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and analytics purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

• Multi-factor authentication options for account access
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Strict access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
• 24/7 security monitoring and intrusion detection systems

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, ayudabet will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by ayudabet:

• Right to be informed: You have the right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected and processed, which this Privacy Policy fulfills.

The ayudabet Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on the Platform or provided us with personal data, please contact our support team immediately at the details provided in Section 15 so that we can take appropriate action.

The ayudabet Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment provider portals. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the ayudabet Platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit before providing them with your personal data.

ayudabet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
