Important rules every ayudabet player must understand

To access the full features of the ayudabet Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active ayudabet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. ayudabet employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided.
ayudabet is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at ayudabet's discretion. Accepted Philippine identification documents include but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and driver's license.
All ayudabet accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonuses are processed in PHP. No currency conversion is applied to player transactions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ayudabet login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify ayudabet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ayudabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
ayudabet will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from ayudabet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
ayudabet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. ayudabet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 2 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts requiring additional verification.
ayudabet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where a player's account is subject to a bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been satisfied. Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing fee to cover payment provider costs.
ayudabet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. ayudabet reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules and regulations.
ayudabet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Bets placed on certain game categories (such as live dealer games or sports betting) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the promotion terms.
ayudabet reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on the ayudabet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
ayudabet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. ayudabet's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet is final and binding.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by ayudabet at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ayudabet Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities.
All content on the ayudabet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ayudabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ayudabet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ayudabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequ ential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ayudabet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ayudabet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ayudabet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
In no event shall ayudabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ayudabet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ayudabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, or receipt of a self-exclusion request.
You may request the closure of your ayudabet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ayudabet reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ₱50 to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and ayudabet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent ayudabet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
